Calling all Disney Fashionistas, It is almost Dapper Day at Disneyland

I am a HUGE Disney fan. I won’t go as far to say I am a Disney fanatic or I know everything about Disney or Disneyland, but I am obsessed with Disney. Since living in San Diego I have gone to Disneyland at least 20 to 30 times, and not having an annual pass right now is killing me, especially since Dapper Day at Disneyland is February 24th!

What is Dapper Day? Well, it is a day where everyone who goes to the Disney parks dresses…well, dapper. I have always wanted to go to Disneyland looking flawless and gorgeous, like a true princess. But the long lines, change in weather, standing, sitting,walking up stairs, eating turkey legs and dancing to parade music makes dressing for an all day adventure at a Disney Park a little difficult to dress for.

When I think of dressing dapper, I think of well refined gentleman and feminine and flirty classy women. I am thinking of Disneyland in the 1950s or even the 1920s, where the music was shnazzy and the dance floor was swinging. Oh how I wish I could go. Think, flared baby pink skirts and red bow ties.

For those of you who can go, Dapper Day offers a special discount ticket price for the Disneyland park, a one day park hopper ticket is just $76 ! as opposed to the usual $100, or whatever it is now.

If you are curious as to what to wear to an event like this, I have taken the liberty of putting some outfits together using Polyvore for you.
